APPN is the Federation Item Identification Guide code for the “accuracy in percent” specification.
Definition | An indication of the accuracy of an item, expressed in percent. |

Instructions | Enter the numeric value(s) of the accuracy range of the item. If the accuracy is a range between two numeric values, a “D” must precede the first value, and have a space separating it from the second value. |
